A space to be who you are & grow into who you want to be—without pressure or judgment.

Life can feel overwhelming for so many reasons—especially when you’re navigating big life changes, emotional struggles, or relationships that leave you feeling unseen or drained. You might be feeling anxious or disconnected, unsure of how to prioritize your own needs while keeping up with all that’s expected of you. Maybe you’re trying to make peace with past experiences, figure out who you are now, or overcome the self-doubt that’s keeping you stuck.

This is a space where you can feel safe, supported, and free to express what’s really happening beneath the surface.

I work with adults, teens, and children facing anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and the lingering impacts of trauma. They come to me ready to get curious, explore their identity, and find a renewed sense of acceptance in the midst of change. Many of my clients are women in seasons of transitions—fertility challenges, postpartum changes, parenting stress, or relationship dynamics that feel one-sided or unfulfilling. I also support those who identify as neurodivergent and are working to understand themselves more fully and feel more at ease in a world that feels like it wasn’t made for them.

Whoever you are, whatever you’re carrying, I’ll meet you there—and help you reconnect with your resilience, values, and sense of self.

  • Therapy with me is all about meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to what feels most supportive. Our sessions are collaborative, solution-focused, and flexible—focused on helping you understand your thought patterns, reconnect with your needs, and explore what’s right for your life.

Often, this looks like slowing down to unpack patterns, exploring identity and values, or brainstorming strategies to help make life feel more manageable. For teens and kids, therapy may involve more creative approaches and opportunities to build emotional awareness in a way that feels safe and accessible.

In sessions, I’m warm, down-to-earth, and real. I care deeply about creating a space where you can show up fully—no filter, no pressure to have it all figured out. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to adapt so our work stays centered on what matters most to you.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Global and studied psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno. My path to this work started early—I knew in high school that I wanted to help people, and my own mental health journey deepened that calling. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a behavior tech with children on the autism spectrum, led play-based therapy, and supported students in school settings. These experiences shaped the way I show up—with curiosity, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing”—it’s about slowing down, reflecting, and growing into the person you want to be. I’m here to offer support, insight, and a steady presence as you take the next steps toward feeling more connected, capable, and at home in yourself.

A little More about me…

Ideal Saturday? Sleeping in then going to my favorite workout class or going for a walk, getting coffee, and then probably laying out in the sun by the pool or going paddleboarding.

Favorite meal or dessert? Chipotle burrito bowl always

Favorite animal? I am definitely a dog lover but also love my cats

The greatest thing about being a therapist? Building meaningful therapeutic relationships and being a part of someone's healing journey-- helping them grow, see their strengths and feel empowered.
